In order to keep our communities clean we encourage you to please follow the recycling guidelines as outlined.
How you can help reduce waste and our carbon footprint.
When it is time to return your TracPatch devices and charging unit at the end of care, please follow these instructions.
1. Please keep your TracPatch box and foam sleeve to recycle the devices when you finish your plan of care.
2. At the end of care, remove your TracPatch return kit from your TracPatch box. Note: If you received your kit in the clinic and did not receive a return kit, a customer service representative will mail a return kit to you.
3. Place devices into charging holder, secure hardware and place into the foam sleeve.
4. Place unused accessories into your TracPatch box.
5. Use the adhesive strips from your return kit to close and seal your TracPatch box for transit.
6. Apply the return label from your return kit to the top of your TracPatch box.
7. Place your TracPatch box into your mailbox, outgoing drop-box, or a US Post Office near you.
