I was born in Orlando, FL and raised in Syracuse, NY. Go ‘Cuse!

I have worked with TracPatch for just over a year and a half.

Briefly describe what a regular day as a Field Manager looks like?

Each day is a little different. An average day can include back to back calls managing the sites to jumping on a plane for same-day meetings with our Field Specialists, Patients, Surgeons, and Facilities. One of my main roles is to ensure each specialist and placement site, throughout the US, has the support and resources they need to have a smooth and memorable experience with TracPatch.

Whats your favorite thing about your job?

My favorite thing about my job is having the opportunity to lead such a talented team of Specialists. They truly embody what it means to provide excellent care for every patient and site to ensure their success with TracPatch.

Whats your favorite thing about TracPatch?

My favorite thing about TracPatch is providing patients with a real-time reflection of their daily efforts. This data helps them continue to build confidence and stay motivated through their recovery. Surgery can be a challenging experience for many patients but with TracPatch, we strive to provide peace of mind for every patient.

Whats your favorite thing about working in the medical device industry?

In the medical device industry, we are in a unique position to utilize technological advancements to maximize patient care; thus increasing the overall quality of life. That is truly priceless!

What has been one of your proudest moments working at TracPatch?

One of my proudest moments working with TracPatch would be the opportunity to organize and present TracPatch during an Orthopedic Patient Expo here in Orlando. I also received the first public patient review regarding the role of the Field Specialist. This review confirmed that not only is TracPatch a sensational device that aids in recovery, but in partnership with the Field Specialists, TracPatch provides each patient with compassionate and attentive face-to-face care.

What do you like to do when youre not working?

I love to sing! I also enjoy cooking and creating plant-based recipes. I’m a homebody and spend most of my free time exploring with my Fiancé and our puggle.

What inspires you?

I’m inspired by my family and providing value to others’ lives.

If you could pick a superpower what would it be?

This one is tough. I would say Omnipresence. If only I could physically support each specialist nationwide and enjoy all of life’s activities at home simultaneously.
